Shipping

Where do you ship to?

As of 2024, we are only shipping to the United States but will be updating when available.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes between 3-7 days for standard shipping. This does not include production time.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking updates when your order is finished and shipped. We do not print shipping labels until your order is complete.

How do I know where to pick up my order for local pick up?

When your order is finished and ready to be picked up, you will get an email with the address for pick up and instructions. All local pickups are from our adorable pink locker and it is available 24 hours and completely contactless.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Brodie + Olive does not accept returns on most items unless it was our error. Please double check all spelling and personalization when your order is placed.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not currently accept exchanges as most items are personalized but don't hesitate to get in touch with us with any issues and we will see what can be worked out.

General

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! We actually LOVE custom orders and our customers are some of the most creative people! Please contact us with any ideas you may have and we will work with you to make something AMAZING!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping but we try to individually package each item so it is easily able to be gifted.

We do offer a little note in your order if you'd like and you can add it in the notes section when you check out.

What if I want a different color or engraving than the one listed or shown?

We can accomodate nearly every request when it comes to colors, themes, or fonts so please feel free to add any changes in the notes or personalization section or you can always contact us with any questions you may have.
